Quiet. Very quiet.
Sutton on Sea has beach huts, a paddling pool and no arcades at all. It's proud of that.
Sutton on Sea chose not to have amusement arcades and has been pleased with itself ever since. Beach huts, a paddling pool, a long prom, and Trusthorpe round the corner with the caravans. The big row is whether the new colonnade was worth the money. The other big row is the sand blowing over the prom. If you want noise, Mablethorpe's up the road.
The sea's rated Excellent and no storm overflow nearby spilled at all, so even the water behaves itself. The internet doesn't. 33.4% of premises can't get gigabit broadband, which matters less in a town that's in bed by the time the last bus goes at 8.23pm. There's a surprising amount of anti-social behaviour for somewhere this sleepy. Somebody's bored.
