Just build the bypass
A white horse made of concrete on the hill, and a town full of lorries wanting a bypass.
Westbury's famous white horse on the hill is concrete, painted white, which tells you plenty. The town below is lorries. They've wanted a bypass for decades and keep not getting one. Now there's an incinerator planned, the houses keep coming and the swimming pool needs fixing.
There are nearly four times the typical town's charity shops per head, and the last bus pulls out at 8.07pm. Fair play, the parks are good, nearly three times the typical town's per head, so there's somewhere to sit and watch the lorries.
