End of the line.
Big film studios, a lock on the Thames and a railway line that just gives up.
Shepperton's got famous film studios and a railway line that ends here, because where else would it go. The studio lorries thunder down the side roads, Russell Road is a racetrack and the crash figures show it. The air's got 1.6 times the typical town's nitrogen dioxide in it.
The High Street's vape shops, bookies, charity shops and hairdressers, and there are 5 public toilets, over five times the typical town's per head. Hollywood it ain't.
