Somebody planned this. On purpose.
A new town made of roundabouts. Locals call it Crappington, so we don't have to.
Cramlington was planned. Somebody did this on purpose. It's roundabouts, cycle paths and underpasses nobody fancies walking through after dark, and locals tell each other which roundabout they live on. Nothing's on at night, so the anti-social behaviour runs well over the typical town's rate.
The local firebugs are setting fire to the grass and woods as well. The deliberate fires come in at four times the typical town's rate. The new estates go up without footpaths to anywhere. There's a giant woman made of earth lying on a hill outside town. She's the only one who looks relaxed.
