Pay up, mind the potholes.
Catcliffe floods. Waverley charges you fees on top of council tax for roads nobody's adopted.
Catcliffe has an old glass cone and keeps flooding. Waverley is a brand-new estate on old pit land where you pay management fees on top of council tax and the roads still have potholes and no markings. Serious crashes run well over the typical town's rate, and you can't get anywhere without a car.
There's no public park on the map, no swimming pool and 3 pubs, for all those new houses. Burglary is up at more than twice the typical town's rate, and the overflows nearby run for over three times as long as the typical town's, straight into the Rother. Some homes next to the Advanced Manufacturing Park can't even get the legal minimum broadband speed. Advanced.
