Posh bit of Donny.

Pretty village above the River Don. Nobody misbehaves. The motorway hums all night.

Sprotbrough sits above the Don gorge with a waterfall and a canal, looking down on Doncaster, and nothing bad happens. The moans: people rat-running down Spring Lane and Main Street, cars on the pavement, buses into Donny that don't turn up, the motorway droning across the valley and the power keeps going off. They'll live.

Crime's about half the typical town's and nobody smashes anything, so the power cuts are the big news. There's no public park on the map, mind, so all that lovely gorge is doing the work. The last bus home is at 10.26pm. Doncaster's right there. That's the point.
