agree it's crap have defended it
High Green keeps losing pubs.
Chap made tanks in the war. Now some bastard dumps mattresses in Thorncliffe woods.
Chapeltown and High Green gave the world the Arctic Monkeys, who had the sense to leave. High Green keeps losing pubs, Lloyds has gone, and some bastard keeps dumping mattresses in Thorncliffe woods. Sheffield's fly-tipping runs at nearly twice the typical council's.
Everyone moans about the roads, and Sheffield's A roads are in better nick than the typical council's, which nobody in Chap will believe. The broadband's another story. Some homes fall short of even the legal minimum. It chucks it down on 139 days a year.
