Havant. Still waiting.
The regeneration's been promised for years. The barbers and vape shops got there first.
Havant made the parchment for the Treaty of Versailles, which is the last time anything important happened here. The town centre is empty shops, barbers and vape shops, and the regeneration has been coming for years. Barclays, Halifax, Lloyds and NatWest didn't wait for it. They've all shut a branch.
The vandals are busy, and some bright spark sets fire to the bins at twice the typical town's rate. Violence runs well above the typical town's too. The buses run all night, so at least you can leave at any hour. Langstone Harbour's nice.
