Get back on the tram
The tram ends here. So does anyone's interest in the place.
Clifton's where the tram gives up. Clifftown has a university campus, a lot of houses and 3 pubs for the lot of them. The grass goes up at nearly twice the typical town's rate, the vandals are busy and the police find more blades on people here than in most towns.
Then there's Nottingham council. It logged 26,138 fly-tips in a single year, more than seven times the typical council's rate, and prosecuted nobody. It recycles about a quarter of what's left and charges £2,755 for a Band D home for the privilege. Clifton Grove by the Trent is a nice walk. The tram back into Nottingham is a nicer one.
