Brig. Watch the fucking road.
Somebody dug up a pavement and buggered off, so locals named it Brig Henge.
Somebody dug up a pavement in Brig, buggered off and never came back. Briggers called it Brig Henge, and gave it more thought than whoever was meant to finish the job.
Meanwhile drivers dodge the Station Road lights by tearing down the side streets, the lorries do the same, and the bad crashes happen at nearly twice the typical town's rate. Anti-social behaviour is double the typical town's as well.
There have been 16 serious pollution incidents round Brig since 2016, four of them major, and the landfill likes to make itself known. It's wet on 165 days a year. Wet and stinking, then.
