Basically Farnham.
Weybourne is on the edge of Farnham with a nature reserve. Nothing happens.
Weybourne sits on the edge of Farnham, near Aldershot, with a nature reserve and the source of the Blackwater in Rowhill Copse. Crime's under half the typical town's, nothing gets smashed and nothing gets set on fire.
The roads are too narrow for all the parked cars, the school run makes it worse, and when it does clear everyone speeds. The storm overflows spill more than the typical town's, which isn't ideal next to a nature reserve. There are 5 pubs and 4 hairdressers. You've heard the full list now.
