A Vulcan and a car boot. Lovely.
A Vulcan bomber on the airfield, a big market and a lot of sewage.
Wellesbourne has a Vulcan bomber parked on the airfield and a whopping great market round its feet, and that's the whole of the excitement. The farm labourers' union was started here under a chestnut tree in 1872. Nobody's been that worked up about anything since, apart from developers sniffing round the airfield. Crime's low, nobody fly-tips, and it's annoyingly decent.
Then you check the drains. The overflows round the village run for over 12 times as long as the typical town's. For somewhere this neat, that's a lot of shit going in the river.
