Leamington. Posh outside. Vape shops in.
Lovely white Regency terraces. Phone shops and vape shops on the ground floor.
Leamington is all white Regency terraces and old pump rooms, and the story goes that circus elephants used to be walked down to bathe in the river. These days it's full of people making video games, so it calls itself Silicon Spa. Only 86.3% of premises can get gigabit, which is worse than the typical town. Silicon Spa, that.
Down the Parade it's vape shops at 4.7 times the typical town's per head, hairdressers on every corner and phone case shops under the Regency columns. They've argued about pedestrianising it for years. Bikes get nicked far more than most places and somebody keeps dumping mattresses in the back alleys. At least Warwick scores crapper. Leam won't let them forget it.
