Boy racers and bin bags.
An old battlefield, a bypass full of boy racers and a lot of dumped rubbish.
Drighlington, Drig to locals, is run by Leeds with a Bradford postcode, and neither of them wants it. There's an old battlefield on the moor and a bypass where lads race their cars at night. The rest is dog mess, evening buses that barely exist and more fly-tipping than most.
There's no public park on the map, so half the village is more than 400 metres from a swing, and the open bit's a battlefield. The air off the motorway is half as bad again as the typical town's. 8 pubs, mind, about three times the typical town's per head. You'll need them.
