Wellington. Trains don't stop.
Wellington has a big monument on the hill and a railway line with no station on it.
Wellington has a massive monument on the hill, an old mill left to fall down and a main line railway running right through the middle with no station. The trains go straight past. The shopping has gone online and out of town, leaving a lot of charity shops.
Both halves of Tonedale Mills and the cloth works at Tone Mills are on the Heritage at Risk list, and so's the town centre. They've been promising a new station for years. Don't hold your breath.
