Nice clock.
A big iron clock, a proud history, and not much worth buying in the shops.
Tredegar's got a big iron clock in the middle of town and a medical society that helped inspire the NHS, which is something to be proud of. Now look at it. The shops are crap, there's nowhere decent to eat or drink and the town centre's grim.
Criminal damage comes in at nearly three times the typical town's rate and anti-social behaviour at over twice, and both are going up. It rains on 172 days a year and there's no bus at all on a Sunday. Tredegar comes out the crappest town in Gwent, level with Newport. Ebbw Vale will enjoy that. Nice clock, mind.
