Radlett. Money, but no park.
Big houses, big drives, big gardens, and everyone else can share the one public park.
Radlett is big houses, long drives and expensive cars, and it's annoyingly decent with it. Crime's well under the typical town's, and the hairdressers are doing very nicely, at nearly two and a half times the typical town per head. The row that never ends is over the giant freight depot on the old airfield where they used to build aeroplanes.
There's 1 public park and 1 play space, so over half the town lives more than 400 metres from either. Nobody minds, because the gardens are the size of parks. Gigabit's on offer to 76.4% of premises, and Barclays has gone, so the money has to go to Watford to be counted.
