Mountsorrel. Wash your car again.
It sits next to a massive quarry, so everything you own is covered in dust.
Mountsorrel sits next to an enormous granite quarry, so the cars, the gardens and the washing are all covered in dust. The blasting rattles the windows, and now the quarry fancies a bite of the ancient woodland too. Locals call it Mucky Mountsorrel, and the dust says they're right.
Otherwise it's clean and quiet, with hardly any trouble. The sewers are the problem. Sewage spills run at 6.1 times the typical town's, so it's dust on top and worse underneath. Plenty of room for a quarry. Not much for a park.
