Station? Maybe next decade.

An old mill, no station and a housing estate on every field going.

Coppull's got a big old cotton mill, a handful of pubs and no railway station. They've been begging for it back for years and getting housing estates instead, one field at a time. Crime's low. Nothing happens. Nothing.

Except the sewage. The storm overflows go off for more than nine times the typical town's hours. It's wet on 167 days a year, and one in fifty premises can't get superfast broadband, four times the typical town's share.
