Posh, and wants you to know.
A posh seaside town that won't be lumped in with St Annes, let alone Blackpool.
Lytham St Annes has a windmill, a pier, golf courses and house prices that make you wince. Lytham won't be lumped in with St Annes, and neither will be lumped in with Blackpool. The nightlife is dead and the campervans hog the front.
For somewhere this posh, the yobs are busy. Anti-social behaviour is running at 1.8 times the typical town's rate, and serious crashes at 1.7 times. The banks have announced six branch closures since 2022, more than four times the typical town's rate, and both bathing waters were rated Sufficient. Cashmere doesn't fix any of that.
