Nice and dull.
They spent a fortune on a Hollywood-style sign. Then the letters fell off.
Wigston paid for a big Hollywood-style sign, then the letters started dropping off and for a while it said WISTN. That's the scandal. It's quiet and clean, the kitchens pass their inspections, and the broadband's as good as anywhere. Wiggy is so dull it hurts.
The independent shops keep shutting and the high street is filling up with barbers and vape shops, nearly six times the typical town's vape shops per head. St Wistan's church is officially at risk. Like the sign, it's losing bits. Oadby is even less crap, and Oadby won't let Wigston forget it.
