Shevy's all hanging baskets
Shevy puts its hanging baskets out, and somebody parks on the verge right underneath them.
Shevy used to make baskets, and now it fills them with flowers and enters them in competitions. It's that kind of place. Meanwhile Miles Lane at school time is a car park and the verges are all tyre tracks.
The water company lets sewage out round Shevington for seven times as long as in the typical town, so the brook isn't in bloom. There's no bus at all on a Sunday, more than half the village lives over 400 metres from a park or play space, and 2 of the 25 food businesses with a rating get 0 to 2 from the hygiene inspectors. It's tiny and it still manages to be crap for its size.
