agree it's crap have defended it
Brixworth. All very respectable.
They build Formula One engines here, and still can't get past a car on the pavement.
Brixworth builds engines for Formula One, which is impressive for a village. Shame everyone parks on the pavements and the grass verges, so you can't get down the road. Otherwise it's annoyingly decent. Crime's well under half the typical town's, nobody smashes anything up, and there wasn't a single serious crash here from 2021 to 2025.
Then West Northamptonshire spoils it, with nearly four times the typical council's fly-tipping: 21,304 in one year. Lovely countryside. Somebody keeps leaving a sofa in it. Pitsford Reservoir's nice, mind.
