Corona pop came from here. Then nothing.

Corona pop started here. The factory's a TV studio now. That's the good news.

Porth is where the Rhondda valleys meet, and where Corona pop was made. The pop works is a TV studio now. The town centre is vape shops and Greggs, with over seven times the typical town's vape shops per head. A rowdy lot hang about making a racket and off-road bikes tear about.

It's wet on 180 days a year, and the rivers get the storm overflows too, spilling for nearly 12 times as long per head as the typical town's. Porth comes out the crappest town in Mid Glamorgan, ahead of the whole Rhondda. Gateway to the Rhondda, they say. Keep going.
