agree it's crap have defended it
Half a canal and a broken bench.
An unfinished canal, neglected benches and Alyn Waters doing most of the work for Gwersyllt's reputation.
Gwersyllt was a pit village outside Wrexham, and somebody started digging a canal here and never finished it. That about sums it up. The benches are falling to bits and there's nothing much for anyone to do.
There's more anti-social behaviour and smashing things up than a place this size should manage. The buses are fine, to be fair, with more after dark than the typical town gets, so you can always leave. Alyn Waters is nice. Go there.
