agree it's crap have defended it
Ding ding. Out the way.
Nice quay, an old railway trail, and cyclists who seem to think the whole thing belongs to them.
Fremington used to ship clay. Now it's cyclists on the Tarka Trail ringing their little bells at you. Safe, quiet village, old quay, some lime kilns. Crime sits at about a third of the typical town's rate. The estuary gets more sewage than most, and 38 premises don't even get the legal minimum broadband. The road to Instow is a racetrack. Otherwise, lovely. Irritatingly lovely.
