Pardon? Speak up, the M4's on.
The chemical works shut, the motorway didn't, and the sewage goes in the bay.
Baglan lives under the M4 and listens to it all day and all night. The chemical works shut and they slapped an Energy Park on it, which sounds a lot better than it looks.
Everyone else is on the motorway going somewhere. Baglan's last bus goes at 8.02pm on a weekday and there isn't one at all on a Sunday. It pisses down on 173 days a year, and the storm overflows spill for over six times as long per head as the typical town's, so the bay gets it from every direction. There's a hillfort if you fancy the climb. Nobody does.
