The sewers are worse.
Cully's still waiting for its relief road. The sewage and dodgy kitchens are already here.
Cullompton is an old wool town with a High Street so narrow the pavements are barely there. The relief road has been coming for years and the motorway hums day and night.
The kitchens are the real problem. 11.6% of food places come in at 0 to 2 for hygiene, nearly five times the typical town's share. The sewers aren't far behind, with sewage coming out of the overflows for over eight times as long as in the typical town. There are over five times the typical town's play spaces per head, so the kids are sorted. Loads of charity shops, if you fancy a dead man's coat.
