Kinross. Nice town, shite loch.
A tidy wee town on Loch Leven, a castle on an island and the storm overflows working overtime.
Kinross is tidy, quiet and very pleased with itself. Hardly any crime, and there are public toilets at more than four times the typical town's rate, which tells you the age of the coach parties. Greggs per head is six times the typical town's, so they're well fed too.
The overflows round it spill sewage for 13 times as long per head as the typical town's, and the new houses keep going up on drains that can't cope. Loch Leven grows a skin of green algae every summer. The trout don't get a say.
