How many fires get started on purpose in Cambuslang?
There were 26.7 deliberate fires per 10,000 people a year in Cambuslang from April 2023 to March 2026, 20% higher than the typical Scottish town's 22.3. The most common were grass, woods and crops set on fire, at 11.7. In 2025/26 it was 20.4, down from 37.7 in 2023/24.
